If the proposal meets your expectations, we'll promptly send you a contract for your signature along with your prorated first-month invoice. This call is designed to provide you with valuable training on our tools, introduce you to our team, and gather any necessary login information. Additionally, your Project Manager will assist in establishing a recurring meeting schedule, as outlined in your contract (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). These meetings will serve as a platform for sharing key updates, addressing questions, and receiving valuable feedback.

Review your personalized client dashboard, which provides a comprehensive view of your objectives, goals, upcoming deadlines, and future projects, if applicable.

Guided by the information gathered during the kick-off call and in accordance with the terms of your contract, your Project Manager will collaborate with you to create your customized dashboard. This dashboard serves as a roadmap to keep us aligned with both short-term and long-term goals. You will receive a direct link to access your dashboard, allowing you to track progress in real-time throughout the duration of our engagement.
